Peel the potatoes and wash them.

We boil them with a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of butter.

We only boil them for 3 quarters and not at all so that they don't crumble.

We clean the onion and finely chop it.

We clean the carrot, wash it and cut it into small cubes.

We cut the donut into small pieces.

We wash the chicken breast and make it into small cubes.

Heat the oil in a pan.

Put the onion and carrot to soak for 2-3 minutes.

Add the minced meat, then the chicken pieces.

We also add a few drops of water, in order to make the meat better.

Leave on the right heat until the liquid drops.

Finally, add the tomato paste and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Leave the filling a little longer, then pull the pan aside.

Let it cool a bit, then add 1 egg and finely chopped dill.

After boiling the potatoes, drain the water, then let them cool.

After they have cooled down, just enough to support them in the hand, we cut them into round slices.

We take a yena bowl and grease it with butter.

We place a layer of potato slices, then the layer of meat and again a layer of potatoes.

We put the cheese on the grater with large meshes.

Beat the remaining egg and mix it with the cheese.

We spread all this mixture over the last layer of potatoes.

Put the dish in the oven and light it.

Set a suitable temperature and leave the moussaka in the oven until it browns nicely on top, it lasts a maximum of 50 minutes.

When it is ready, we take it out and serve it as much as we want, because it is still good !!!!!
