Even though it's hot outside, a light chicken soup still works, doesn't it?
- back, half chest, wings of a chicken
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- 1 celery
- chopped green parsley
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken noodle soup:
I chopped the chicken, but I used only part of it for the soup: the back, the wings and a piece of breast, the rest was for a steak.
Washed well and cleaned, I boiled the chicken. I cleaned the foam formed on top and added to the soup the vegetables: onions, carrots cut in half and celery cut into slices.
When the meat and vegetables boiled, I added the noodles, seasoned with salt and pepper, sprinkled with freshly chopped parsley and turned off the heat.
