This time I prepared a chicken roll to which I added "Mixture of herbs and paprika" from Delikat. I really liked this combination of paprika, mustard flour, parsley, onion, garlic, chives, oregano, black and white pepper, cane sugar, sea salt, red bell pepper and extra virgin olive oil. .
This recipe was actually a challenge to another contest, which I won, namely to prepare something containing frozen green beans, walnuts and bacon, but I did not forget my friends from Delikat .

An appetizer I had on the holiday table. It's very easy to make and very good, said those who ate. The pictures are not great, but precisely because this roll was so praised, I thought I would share it with you, until I do it again. :)
300 g cheese
200 g smoked salmon fillet
We put a pot of water to boil. When it boils, turn off the heat and put the cheese block that we wrapped in food foil. We leave it in the water for about a quarter of an hour, during which time it will soften.
Remove from the water, place on another piece of cling film and spread lightly with a rolling pin until you get a sheet about 0.5 cm thick. Cover the entire surface of the cheese sheet with the slices of smoked salmon, then roll as tight as possible. Wrap in foil and refrigerate until it hardens, then portion.
