for the first time I make ice cream at home and honestly from now on I will make more, because the aroma and taste cannot be compared with the ones I bought. This ice cream simply makes you float ... for good reason.
- 600 ml liquid cream
- 600 gr strawberries
- 250 gr sugar
- a little lemon juice

RECIPE PREPARATION Strawberry ice cream:
We wash the strawberries with the leaves and only then we break them from the fruit. Put the fruit in a blender and mix with the robot until it becomes liquid.
The cream is kept in the freezer for a few hours, then we beat it well with the mixer until it hardens. add a few drops of lemon and then the sugar gradually, stirring constantly.
Incorporate the strawberry juice gradually, mixing with a spoon with movements from top to bottom, like pandispan ..
Pour into molds and place in the freezer. serve with pieces of strawberries and mint leaves.
