Mini salty tarts
I saw these mini tarts on a French site.
They seemed easy to make and I said to try them. They came out great, they are excellent as a small snack!
I'm not saying how fragile the dough is that we can use for various rolls.
-2 teaspoons of dry yeast or 25 gr, fresh
-0 cup (200ml) of milk
-1 tablespoon sugar
-a package of margarine union
-a pinch of salt
-flour enough to make a dough like bread.
In a bowl put the yeast, if it is fresh, put the sugar and mix until it liquefies and then add the warm milk.
If the yeast is dry, then dissolve it with milk (still warm) and then add sugar.
In a saucepan put the margarine to melt, when it has melted, put it over the yeast and milk and start to incorporate the flour and salt.
Like I said, a loaf of bread would come out. Knead well and put in the fridge for an hour.
While the dough rests, prepare the filling for mini tarts.
I prepared like this:
I cut them all into small pieces and mixed them.
As you can see, we didn't give weights to the filling, because everyone does it according to the shapes (bigger or smaller), you can play with the proportions.
After the dough has rested, divide it into 2-3 pieces and twist a sheet that is not too thin.
I baked these mini tarts in muffin tins (no baking paper).
Knowing how big the shape is, I cut the dough with the mouth of a cup, then I lined the shapes with it and put the filling.
After I put the filling, I twisted another sheet and cut it with a flower shape. I covered the mini tarts and greased with beaten egg.
I then put it in the preheated oven and left them (over medium heat) until they are nicely browned. When they were ready, I took them out carefully, put them on a plate and the snack was ready!
I assure you: they are great!
1. Mix flour with cornstarch and salt, add oil and mix. Then add water progressively and mix first with a fork and then by hand.
2. Form 1 ball of dough, wrap in cling film and leave for 10 minutes at room temperature.
3. Divide the dough into eight parts, spread each part and then put between two sheets of baking paper and spread with a rolling pin until you get 1 thin sheet.
4. Heat the pan without fat and bake each sheet for 1 minute on medium-high heat. Remove the sheets one on top of the other. Fill with tomatoes, peppers, carrots and finely chopped cabbage and minced meat. Season with salt, pepper, parsley and garlic sauce.
✽ Add fine cornstarch to the dough to get crispy taco leaves.
✽ Use minced beef with very little fat and fry it in a little olive oil. Season the meat with garlic powder, chili, oregano, salt, black pepper and paprika, to have the authentic taste of Mexico.
✽ Over meat and vegetables add spicy tomato sauce and cheddar cheese.
MINI PIZZA WITH CHOPPED MEAT
For the dough, mix all the ingredients until it becomes a homogeneous crust and let it rest for 15 minutes.
In a saucepan put a tablespoon of olive oil and a cup of water, add finely chopped onion and meat and leave
simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. After 10 minutes, add the tomato sauce, pepper and spices to taste, 2 more cups of water.
and let it boil until all the water drops.
Spread the dough thinly and with the help of a glass or a larger shape, cut the crust round.
Grease the dough with sour cream, add the minced meat and mozzarella on top (as in the picture).
Put the pizza in the preheated oven at 200 degrees C, heat up and down without ventilation for about 15-20 minutes or until nicely browned.
I ate a bite made this way at a relative's house and I want to tell you that I liked it so much that I have only been doing it since then.
1 kg minced meat (pork or mixed)
5-6 large potatoes
3 dried onions
1 dill connection
4 large tomatoes
2 eggs in the composition
2 eggs to grease on top
The minced meat is mixed with diced onions, beaten eggs, finely chopped dill, salt, pepper and spices as desired. Peel a squash, grate it and slice it. In a tray greased with margarine put a row with slices of potatoes, then the composition of minced meat and on top another row with slices of potatoes and one with slices of tomatoes. Cover the tray with aluminum foil and put it in the oven. Before it is ready, take down the aluminum foil, pour over the two well-beaten eggs and leave it in the oven until the egg hardens.
