  • 1 puff pastry dough of 400 g
  • 5 tomatoes
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • oregano
  • 10 g olive oil
  • 5-6 cloves of garlic

Servings: 18

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Mini tarts with tomatoes:

Cut the tomatoes into medium pieces and mix in a bowl with the chopped garlic, basil (preferably fresh), oregano, salt and oil.

The puff pastry is spread a little with the rolling pin.

The puff pastry is cut into larger squares, put 2-3 tablespoons of the tomato mixture in each "boat" of dough, and the edges are raised slightly so as not to flow from the tomato juice.

Place in a tray lined with baking paper and bake approx. 30 minutes or until browned.
